He co-chaired the National PSAS EHRM Council, directing national-level training programs, clinical workflow development, and EHR go-live and sustainment operations across VA medical centers nationwide.
Prior to that, Brian spent over a decade as Service Line Director for Prosthetics and Sensory Aids at the Sioux Falls VA, administering an $18M+ operating budget and serving as Contracting Officer's Representative on multiple federal contracts covering DME, home oxygen, orthotics, eyeglasses, and home ventilators. His department was ranked #1 out of 140+ VA Medical Centers nationally and named the 2018 National Prosthetics Service of the Year.
